Return & Refund Policy – Flexsock

At Flexsock, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange an item, we are here to help. Please review the policy below for a smooth return process.

Returns

You have the right to return any product within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Start a Return

Send an email to info@flexsock.nl with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos if applicable (for damage or incorrect delivery)

Once your request has been approved, you will receive return instructions, including a Return Authorization number (RA).

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when:

  • The wrong size or color was selected

  • The customer changed their mind

Flexsock covers return shipping costs when:

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product arrived defective or damaged

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to standard returns. This fee covers processing, quality inspection, and inventory handling.

Exceptions (no restocking fee):

  • The product arrived defective or damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered and an exchange is not possible

All exemption requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within the 30-day return period.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Exchanges are only possible for a product of equal value

  • If there is a price difference, additional payment may be required

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once we receive the original item, we will begin the exchange process. You will receive a new order number once the replacement item has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact info@flexsock.nl within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the issue

We will arrange a free return and either send a replacement item or issue a full refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item:

  • We will inspect the condition of the product

  • Your refund will be processed using the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

If applicable, the restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged (unless received that way)

  • The return request is made after the 30-day return period

  • The packaging is missing or severely damaged

In some cases, we may send a replacement product without requiring the original item to be returned. If the replacement item also does not meet expectations, both items must be returned in order to receive a refund.
