Welcome to Flexsock.nl. By using our webshop and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully before making a purchase.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Orders must be placed online via www.flexsock.nl.
3.2 Payment must be made using the payment methods available in the webshop.
3.3 An order will only be processed after payment has been successfully completed.

4. Delivery and Shipping

4.1 Once your order has been received, the shipping process will begin.
4.2 Our products are shipped directly from our international supplier to the delivery address you provide.
4.3 The average delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.
4.4 Flexsock.nl has no control over transport times or handling by third parties such as logistics partners or authorities.

5. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs

5.1 Upon receiving the goods, additional charges such as duties, taxes, or administrative fees may be imposed by local authorities (for example import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees).
5.2 Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5.3 By placing an order, you acknowledge this possibility and agree that Flexsock.nl is not responsible for these charges.

6. Delays and Risks

6.1 Despite careful handling, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to external factors such as transportation issues or customs processing.
6.2 Any delays or additional costs resulting from these circumstances are the responsibility of the customer.
6.3 Flexsock.nl is not liable for delays or additional costs caused by third parties.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

7.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it.
7.2 Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
7.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

8. Warranty and Complaints

8.1 Flexsock.nl applies the statutory warranty conditions.
8.2 If a product is defective or does not meet the agreement, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the productby contacting klantenservice@flexsock.nl.
8.3 We aim to respond to and resolve complaints within 14 days.

9. Liability

9.1 Flexsock.nl is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product.
9.2 Flexsock.nl is not liable for indirect damages, including delays, additional import costs, or loss of profit.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

10.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
